It was damaged by a fire on February 18, 1922 and was reconstructed. A subsequent fire destroyed the building in 1967. In addition to supporting the [[athletics|athletic]] program, the building "had been the scene of proms, tea dances, faculty receptions for students, undergraduate course registration, final exams, and productions by the [[jesters|Jesters]]." ((Knapp and Knapp, p. 245)) Following its destruction in 1967, the Trinity College //Alumni Magazine// ran a feature-length history of Alumni Hall, providing insight into its use and place in student life throughout the twentieth century. ---- ===== Sources ===== [[https://digitalrepository.trincoll.edu/w_books/2/|Trinity College in the Twentieth Century: a History]] (2000) by Peter and Anne Knapp. [[https://digitalrepository.trincoll.edu/reporter/202/|Trinity College Alumni Magazine]], Summer 1967, pp. 2-5. ---- [<>]
