Elms Society
The Elms Society works to honor those who have included Trinity in their estate plans (meaning a portion of their assets are donated to the school) or who donate through a special gift to the college. The name is a reference to the elm trees that are planted on Trinity's Main Quad, and pairs well with the Long Walk Societies, which are also donation-based, with levels of membership named after Trinity buildings and locations.
Trinity recognizes members of the Elms Society in multiple ways, such as keeping an updated list of all alumni that are a part of the Society. Members are also invited to special events with the other donation-based societies during annual reunion celebrations.
