Trinity Innovation Center

The Trinity Innovation Center opened in February of 2020 as a space for Trinity's partnerships with both Infosys and a Digital Health CT business acceleration program, as well as other programs in the realm of creativity and entrepreneurship. It is located on the third floor of 1 Constitution Plaza in Hartford, and is adjacent to Trinity's Liberal Arts Action Lab.

The center itself is 13,000 square feet, and contains a large training room, a common room, smaller team and individual rooms, design studios, and a work cafe. The interior was designed in partnership with SLAM collaborative, and was funded by a $2.5 million grant from the State of Connecticut in order to offer programs in both innovation and entrepreneurship for students.

Infosys has used the center's training room to teach modules for their Business Analysis for Digital Transformation program. The program is five weeks long, and consists of around 30 recent graduates of local liberal arts colleges. Trinity Tech Edge, a summer program for students to build their technology and marketing skills, works closely with Infosys and also uses the center. Digital Health CT is focused on building “health care focused technology start ups”, and similarly use the space for training and teaching their three month programs.
