Women's Leadership Council
The Women's Leadership Council, commonly referred to as the WLC, is a network of alumnae whose main goal is to uplift and support Trinity's female undergraduates.
The WLC was formed in 2010, intentionally the same year as the 40th anniversary of coeducation at Trinity. The founding female trustees wanted to increase the ties female graduates had to the school, support women throughout all stages of their careers, and provide mentorship to female undergraduates as they prepared for life after college.
As of 2021, the WLC has donated $2.3 million to Trinity and has established over 250 events to support female undergraduates. These events have included interview workshops, networking nights, hikes, and partnerships with the Society of Women Engineers and the Women and Gender Resource Action Center (WGRAC) at Trinity.
